Stock Watchlist 12.15.10. Six Hitters and One Super Set Up
So far December has been the month of the fake out. It’s definitely has been a “buy the dips” strategy. Wednesday we may have ourselves a super nice play on the burner.

BSDM
This has to be at the top of the list. I am very familiar with BSDM. I drew on the chat to show you the historical patterns. BSDM is notorious for blowing off these spikes with high wicks. I think this ends up at the low 4’s by Friday. The news was decent but certainly not that solid. I do expect an a.m pop and possibly a gap up on this. If their is a legit opportunity to long an a.m breakout I will do it. Otherwise I’ll stalk it short
HOOK
Has really painted a nice run the last few days. I want to monitor this because maybe one more up day followed by a fade. The key number is 7.55. Bulls need it to stay above that. Certaily looking to short but will long also.
CTDC
Another high wick printer like BSDM. I think if it doesn’t gap down too much we might have a nice short. Maybe a long if we have the same environment as we had today.
NAK
I like the two doji prints on the daily. There should definitely be a big move in either direction I just can’t tell which side that will be. I think lower as the chart is massively overextended.
HDY
Closed above previous resistance. This could run higher if it can get a volume and price drive and stay above 3.45. Don’t like this as a short.
SLTM
Have to see how this plays out. It looks to be in a technical breakout but the chart is awful steep. Has some potential to be a nice play but we’ll have to let it work a little
