Everything bio tech was just smashing to new highs on Tuesday. I finally got sick of searching and waiting for stocks to short and just started buying. I do get queasy buying breakouts but they are working, or at least they are not snapping back to hurt you. It was a killer day with the BOOM call and I do hope some of you got in on that. Also, it was nice to have Aaron Bender a.k.a. “bender” to liven things up. He is a former student of mine and a sharp young man but he is an ultra aggressive trader do your DD first. Anyway solid wins in EXEL and BOOM Tuesday.
XOMA
Certainly missed the massive juice this pulled. I know everybody and their trading uncle is going to short spikes. This thing can still squeeze higher as it perked Nice from it’s base. I could be wrong but I think it’s an early a.m. buy followed by a short.
SOMX
Same as XOMA but not as bullish. I have to revert my stance and remain bullish on these. They have been beaten down and the buying optimism is flowing over.

Mega chart here.Lot’s of fails at $2 today. Like the short set up but I’m not a big fan of shorting NYSE stocks plus the market is being stubborn. Keep on watch.

Nice steady incher. Most traders do not short charts that inch. This looks good for continued breakouts. Although it probably won’t be a major mover.

Was all gun ho about this but I’ve kinda backed off. There was major bullish activity is this thing but it faded so much from the highs. Maybe it was bitter bagholders jumping ship. Can only watch for tomorrow and see
