LIZ MGIC LNG APRI HUSA KAZ EDAP ZAAP
Nice trade for all of us on EXEL. It really tried the patience as it took all day. Still left a few misses on the table. This week I only want to focus on the very best plays. When I get caught up it scanning for multiple plays and tweeting, I miss trades right in front of me. This is a holiday week so I want to get off to a good start Monday.
LIZ
Technical breakout on the daily at $7.10. As we watch it chat Friday there was a heavy turn around from the low pivot and printed about 14 green bars in a row. Nice trade for longs. This is a household name so I expect a whole bunch of amateurs to jump in and push it a little higher. I may go for a long on this but I will not chase.
MGIC
Big run on Friday. I said in chat and Twitter that 4.50 was the key breakout. Once it cleared $4.50 it motored right to $5. That is textbook. What wasn’t textbook was I didn’t buy any. I will admit buying breakouts is not my world but I’m going to have to take more chances when I see these.
LNG
Staying with the theme of breakouts LNG was out of control Friday. I actually bought this breakout at 5.05 and scalped at 5.08. This turned out to be a major flub as this joker ended up at 6.10. In hindsight probably should have gone in a bit smaller so I would not have been shaken out
APRI
There is a nice play on this somewhere but I can’t pinpoint it. I like a short because historically APRI gives up spikes but this chart is so messy I doubt I’ll bother as I’m of predicting this one making it a gamble for me.
HUSA
Good solid inching breakout. Could be a great but for subscribers that like to swing trades long. Next line of resistance is around 16.55 it if can move past that might just roll to 17 quick
KAZ
Want to keep this on the watch for now. I like a run to $1 and the a fade. There is a play both ways but the chart has to give out that look for me to want to jump in.
Others
EDAP- Keeping an eye open for a short. Just need to see the right set up
ZAPP- Same as above but have to wait for the momo to stop.
