Stock Watch 11.8.11 ” Family Reunion”
Family reunions are times to get together with old friends and family to reminisce of the glory days. Even though most reunions end with a drunken brawl they still can be full of unique encounters , some good and some bad. That’s the risk of bumping in to old friends.
Stock have ruinous as well. Some stocks hold special places in your heart as you remember the great dollars you made from them and some stocks conjure up nightmares from defeat and large losses that punished you.Monday was a day of mixed friends as I traded some old goodies like SIFY REDF and REE. (I had to refrain myself from SHZ as SHZ is never to be purchased by me ,only shorted. You can ask me why later). Since stocks are traded by people they have specific behavioral patterns and act a certain way. Traders that know this make bank manipulating the emotional movements of a stock. As I have always said, I do not trade stocks I trade people because people trade stocks.
