The Bacchanalia were wild and mystic Roman festivals of Bacchus the wine god. Now this term is used do describe any revelry. The markets have been on their own Bacchanalia with triple digit gap up and gap down days. These days translate into mondo opportunities with plenty of great stocks to trade. Since 2008 the stock market has favored the trader and NOT the investor. I hate to say it but the geeky IQ investor who reads 10q’s and forward earnings reports is being destroyed by the Wall Street whales.
