Penny Stock Watchlist 11.15.10. Stay with the gimme.

Last week was solid for me but on Friday I got caught napping. I went 1 for 1 with a small profit on ASTM but it was the miss on HLYS that bugs me. This was the top stock on my list for Friday. The fact that this was a wheeled footwear company that’s never made a dime, reports bad earnings and the the stock skyrockets is a total gimme. Not to mention I said in chat I would short at the 3.20 break and didn’t. No more misses like this. This week I’m in attack mode and out to do some damage, in a good way.

ATML

The daily chart is setting up in a nice flag formation. If this can bounce into the 10.20’s it should at least challenge 10.50 high from 11/5. Any failures in these areas or stalled breakouts makes this a short . Especially at 9.70.

ASTM

This was the only stock played Friday. I jumped in on an early short and got squeezed. I entered the trade short again on the 3rd wave breakout an finally banked some. Them after hours they file a shelf offering and the stock drop heavy only to find more buyers.I want to keep close eye on this stock to short failed spikes. I expect it to try to move higher with the phase 2 web conference on Thursday but after that it’s time to lean in on this trade.

NWK

20% bounce on Friday. I would like to see another bounce to put this thing close to 4.50 where I can short a fade. Or just any failed spike or weakness. This stock is up too much for what it is but i think it could pull more buyers in Monday morning

SMRT

Declares a divided for the first time in three years. Also, the stock has broke out on the daily. This may be a nice buy on strong volume as dividend breakouts are pretty strong . Not interested in shorting dividend plays

URRE

Looks like it’s going to give us another shot. I want to see a move to 2.70/80 and then a fade but we will see. Doubtful it can make huge bullish leaps from this price.
