Penny Stock Watchlist 10.26.10 Chartology. LLNW NENE ESIC MALL CSR ZAGG REE AUMN
Today is the day of breakout charts and some nice looking ones they are. There are a few low floaters blowing up some outragous prices. They will end in tears just like “The Notebook”.
We had a nice hit on SHZ yesterday in chat and I’m looking to nail of few of these below.
LLNW
Stock is in a real strong breakout pattern since $6. I would have longed this one today but by the time it crossed my scan I felt like I would be over paying. I am short term bullish on this stock but it’s too high here. I will need to see a pullback on Tuesday or a strong open in the morning that hold the morning open. Shorting opportunities will be there but I think they will be scalps.
NENE
Just another OTC stock blowing out of a double top. As soon as it passed .80c there was no holding back. I’m leaning to the short side but that monstrous green bar on the daily chart has me thinking this goes higher Tuesday before coming back a little. I will play this stock in both directions if need be.
ESIC
Up heavy after a two day run I’m looking to capture a top tick short on a gap up and a spike. This is very similar to the previous stocks above. A lot of upward pops and buying pressure but maybe too late in the run to get behind buying. I’m not opposed to buying this but the tape has to be right.
MALL
Say APPL and your stock goes skywalker. Amazing since AAPL peod everyone with their last earning talk. Anyway, the fact is MALL is on a tear that may last another few days but most likely not replicating of the last two days. This is a low floater so shares may be tough to find
CSR
Perched solid at the top channel of a breakout pattern Would normally buy that pattern but earnings are Tuesday morning. I don’t play earnings only pre earning runners or AFTER the earnings announcement.
Top shorts on previous watch. These will have there day.
