Penny Stock Briefing 11.9.10 Going AERL

Nice start to the week with the AREL short. There is still room on this play in both directions. There are tons of stocks in play for Tuesday. Many of the stocks we featured over the last week are fatiguing out technically and should be ready to correct themselves.

AERL

Nice start to the week with an awesome short. After researching this a little more we find that AERL is under the pump by none other than Superman. Same person behind RITT and TORM. Perhaps this stock does run to the $30’s but there will be many significant pull backs along the way. I love this play as a short off MASSIVE spikes , not small ones and buys on MASSIVE dips. I doubt I ever hold this overnight.

SIGA

Recovered nicely after a major morning tank. I don;t get it because this company is a carcass wrapped in Incorporation papers. I would like to see it spike a little more to short. I thought there was an afternoon fade but somehow caught some momentum. We will see what happens tomorrow.

SCOK

Breakout heavy after a rope line consolidation. I want to pop this short but there was way too much buying pressure today. I’m thinking more upside in the morning and that run should be tired by then. If it gaps down I doubt I even play it but if it rockets in the a.m. I’ll look to short.
