Watchlist $XONE $KNDI $YELP $XPO
XONE
After spending most of the month trending down this thing gets a significant pop today as did most of the 3D sector. These things can be very trendy. If you look at the daily chart you can see it spent most of June going up and then most of July going down. It’s hard to tell if this is the start of another trendy run or just a one off green day. Right now the charts pretty parabolic at the close so if that continues strong early I will short. If there are certain pullback areas that offer by points I may take a shot there as well. But right now I would like to see an early-morning rip to short into
KNDI
KNDI back on the list again I’ve been watching this for the last few days but it hasn’t been able to do much. The daily chart seems to have washed out in the mid-$16 area so at least we have a base to work with. It looks like the chart is ready to start working its way back up. I’m not saying it’s going back to 20 but if the day is right this is a former runner and it can put in a $1.50 to $2.50 move
YELP
YELP can sometimes be very trendy as well. This was on the top of my short list for tomorrow even before I was aware they had earnings. At first when they posted earnings it look like we might get another TWTR scenario but distinct faded real quick hitting $82.00 then fading back down to $75 area. Still with that the stock is up six dollars on the day it will be interesting to see if that can hold
XPO
Pretty good earnings beat an a strong mover all day. We’ll be looking to see if there’s a possible exuberant rip in the morning to short in to. Or perhaps a consolidated area that offers a by point for a second day run
