Just posted a new trading lesson: Support and resistance
We have had some real clean trading. Good set ups and good executions have us sitting on a very nice week. You can learn to do this day in and day out all you have to do is commit. A great place to start would be by taking a free trial to our services and see if it is the deciding factor
Watchlist $OMER $OHRP $WUBA $COH
OMER
This is a pretty decent short setup. I’ve been taking small shots at shorting the parabolic’s over the last few days but today we saw a nice rejection off of the whole number of $18. There’s still a little bit more room to the upside but if you look back over the last few days every breakout has pulled back some and that has made for some nice scalp shorting but I think the bigger short play is coming as this chart has gone from $14 to $18 nonstop so it’s ready for a good red day.
OHRP
This chart has had four days of awesome range. Ripping to 12 dumping to eight and then today almost reaching 10. If there is any early morning upswing or gap up I will be all in short this. Preferably it gives us $11, I think that would be a ripe set up for short.
WUBA
I would use the same strategy for WUBA I mentioned with OHRP. I’ve always liked stocks that ran all day, closed strong, then gapped up or ran first thing in the next morning. These usually are really good short plays and good opportunities to take advantage of early emotional chasers. They don’t always stay down but they almost always pull back and take out some stops and shake out the late chasers. Preferably we see 53+ on this early.
COH
I want to come back and revisit this one. A lot of times these beat downplays take a good three or four days to shake everyone down before they base out and offer a grind up or bounce opportunity. It seems after a good 3 to 4 days of selling this might’ve found a short-term bottom at $33.60. I would like to see one more bottom level tested of around $34.00 marking a higher low and then take a shot long just for a day trade.
