Thursday was the first day back to work for me after spending 5 days in the woods and I did a decent job with about +700 in gains Thursday. The reason for the whole woods trip is I really wanted to get away from technology and stuff. I knew if I went to a hotel I would have ended up on the internet at some point so I hiked to the top of Mt Whitney and hung out for 5 days and it was awesome. Even though I was alone I have tons of stories to tell and will be doing a blog post this weekend and showing some photos for those interested.
