Watchlist $$UAL $BDSI $DGLY $AMRE

UAL

My day is going to start tomorrow by focusing on this one at the open. Although this is a very impressive move, especially since it bucked the trend all day, I think it might’ve gotten a little ahead of itself. There is a gap fill resistance at 45.36 from June 12.  I would like to see an early push above that number to 45.50 and maybe even a little bit higher to start a short position. If in some case this sells off early there might be an opportunity for a quick buy but I would prefer with today’s action we get a gap and run offering us a good short off the whole numbers of $45.50 to $46 even.

BDSI

There’s a chance this one is trying to make it back into the $14 area. That’s really the only area I am paying attention to right now. I’m not interested in buying this unless we see a $14 cross, then I would like to long. There’s always a chance that it continues to fail in this $13.75 area which could offer a decent short opportunity so we’ll keep that option open as well

DGLY

As I mentioned yesterday about PXLW it’s almost every day now we see a single digit stock exploding. Most of these are former runners that are putting in some impressive spikes. This DGLY is also a former runner but this is a much lower float than most. The thing with these cult stocks if they can really put in some impressive bounces but most of the time they’re just one off days example CAMT etc. I may be interested in shorting the stock if it lines up right. However, I would caution any newbies on trading the flow floats. If you’d never traded one before this might not be the one to lose your virginity on.

AMRE

I like big gaps and I cannot lie. As mentioned earlier in this watchlist with UAL anytime a stock gaps up or runs all day long and then closes very strong on the day, my first instinct and where my largest successes come from is stalking those for exuberant chasers to run the prices up the next morning of trading and and start leaning in to them short. I will be doing the same here. This would have to gap up and run for me to want to short this.
