Stock Watch 12.20.11 ” Blind Faith”
Trading requires a bit of blind faith. To succeed you must trust yourself, your system and the people around you. I get a lot of emails from traders struggling with their ability to believe in themselves and “pull the trigger”. As it is partly my mission to motivate you I couldn’t help but share this story of a blind man , Matthew Wadsworth, who is attempting to break the world motorcycle jumping record.
I have been around motorcycles my whole life. Jumping a dirt bike a few hundred feet requires an unbelievable amount of courage commitment and personal belief in yourself to even attempt something like that, even with two good eyes! A stunt like that could kill you or injure you forever. Since this man has to be coached by a microphone on how fast he is going, how close he is to the ramp, etc. is a miracle in itself. This is definitely the epitome of blind faith.
